Join us in celebrating Independence Day and welcoming the New Year 2026 in Cap-Haïtien! For the first time, we’re partnering with Ayiti Community Trust (ACT) for their Goute Peyan M fundraising event in Cap-Haïtien, featuring delicious cuisine from northern Haiti and headlined by the legendary Tabou Combo. Immerse yourself in the festivities and support the meaningful work of Ayiti Community Trust. Throughout the day, we’ll explore iconic landmarks and dive into Haiti's rich history. As night falls, we’ll enjoy an array of cultural experiences that will leave you entertained and inspired.

    • ​​Spirit Airlines should be traveling soon from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to Cap-Haïtien (CAP), however an approximate date is all they are showing so far.  As of today you can book Sunrise Airways from Miami to Cap-Haïtien or fly into Cap-Haïtien via Turks & Caicos on interCaribbean

  • Tips to guides, drivers, hotel personnel and any other expenses not listed under inclusions

Early Bird Special

  • $900 Non-Refundable Deposit

  • ​$3,300 Single Occupancy

  • $3,000 Double Occupancy, Per-Person

  • First 10-spots book will receive a $300 credit toward their full package

  • This promotion ends in 7-days, by February 22nd, or once 10-spots are filled, whichever comes first

  • Installment payments are due every 60-Days after the initial deposit is made

Referral Credit

  • $100 off for each year you've been on a previous Haïti Uncovered Culinary Tour or Belle Vue Tours company organize tour.*

       AND / OR

  • $50 Referral Credit per-person to be credited to you once the person travelled.* 

 

*Not to exceed a maximum tour credit of $200.

Terms & Conditions

  • Installment payments due every 60-days after deposit is made, 
    Payment-in-Full due by September 29, 2025.

  • The Non-Refundable deposit applies to all bookings, unless: (1) you submit a cancellation request in writing to travel@bvtourshaiti.com within 48 hours of initial payment. No exceptions will be made.

  • Travel Insurance /  Insurance Waiver &  Liability Release 
    to be submitted within 72-Hours after deposit is submitted.

Important

  • Tour availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.​

  • Belle Vue Tours reserves the right to withdraw any parts of the tour and make any necessary changes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 180 Days Full refund less deposit.

  • 179 - 90 Days 50% refund less deposit.

  • 89 Days or Less No Refund.

  • All tours are non-transferable.

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and faxed to 866-677-4110 and/or emailed to travel@bvtourshaiti.com with the Belle Vue Tours date you are requesting the cancellation for. The date the written cancellation is received determines the refund amount applicable. Your cancellation request will be processed within 5 DAYS and any applicable refund will be issued in 30 DAYS. A confirmation letter will be emailed to you when the process is completed.

  • Postponed/Rescheduled Tours: In the event that a tour is postponed/rescheduled guests will have the following options: Attend the rescheduled tour, where credit of the amount paid for the previous tour will be applied. If you are unable to attend the new dates contact the insurance company for reimbursement. Any request to cancel under this circumstance will abide by our above refund/cancellation policy.

  • Travel/Cancellation insurance is highly recommended for ALL Tours .
